We carefully screen each application and conduct a telephone screen prior to approval to ensure a good fit in our homes. We understand the challenges that a House Mentor faces every day, and we have many programs in place to support and encourage them – not only as a mentor, but as a man or woman in recovery themself. We have a comprehensive training program to equip them in handling guest concerns, house emergencies, and in their leadership of the recovery environment in the home. House Mentors and staff lead and support each sober living home; helping to ensure a positive recovery environment for all guests.
